In-Calls or Out-Calls: Office located in Toronto, Ontario
There are many kinds of loss. Oftentimes, loss is associated with someone close to us dying. Sometimes it can be the loss of a relationship, a family member, a friend, and sometimes losing our pet can be traumatic. As an Anishnaabe Kwe, I have experienced many things in life including loss. I am here to listen, to talk, and to offer insight, and to share Indigenous medicine when necessary.

Cedar is sacred to Indigenous people. When used properly it can help with cleansing the spirit, which helps with healing.
If you’ve been taught to avoid conversations around loss, when it does arrive, it can be exceedingly difficult to make sense of what has happened, and to ask for support. Even those who feel prepared for a loss are often surprised at the depth and intensity of their experience. Vivian Roy offers a safe space to share and a place of support.
